Knowing where you stand with food is an important aspect when evaluating your relationship with it.
Food Trust Issues
Not trusting yourself with food can be hard. You may not keep certain foods around because you know you'll eat it. Sometimes it gets to the point that you wont go to certain social events because you don't trust yourself around the food that will be there.
Practice self control. Don't limit yourself, but know when enough is enough. You will live much happier this way.
